Papyrus/Quest/Mod failure

Returning to Skyrim after years off, used to Oldrim.  Installed SKSE64 natively, and Address Library, MCM, JContainers, UESSP, Papyrus Extensions AE v44, in Mod Manager.  Trying to build a prepackaged install, and having issues with weird Papyrus failures, where things just don't work.

 

-some mods don't recognize or advance quest events, like dialog trees being finished don't "tick over" into a new quest to start

-CBP is broken entirely despite a proper install of CBBE, Bodyslide, FNIS, Racemenu and XPMSE32

-some hotkey-based mod events just don't work or major mod sequences fail to initialize (i.e., many player-is-slaver or player-is-slave mods--no handoffs to them or such work.  For example, SD+ says just "Update Status 1" with the "Updating quests require that you exit all menus..." message, and I've not even bothered with anything more ambitious--but SL Dialogs works fine).

 

 

I'm not familiar with the updated mod scene, and it was always a bit tricky with the long dependency chains of Oldrim, so, if there's something missing I'd like it if someone can share their wisdom.  Address Library is new to me, so maybe I screwed something up with that.

Papyrus.0.log There.  I've taken a look through, but I don't know much beyond "wtf".  A lot of "base types do not match" and "no longer contains that property", which is indicative of something but I have no idea what.

There's some errors in there that might be worth looking into, however I'd say there's no point in doing that when you have over 8000 lines of unassigned properties and missing scripts. If you need a "what does that mean" then, imagine running a heavily modded game, then mid-playthrough you disable all mods. That's about what that log looks like. I don't know what you did but your papyrus situation is completely messed up.

 

Edit: "completely messed up" as in, if I saw that in my log I'd seriously consider a rebuild of my setup, and that's something I've never done.
