Skyrim SE now crashing

Was working fine then I went out to dinner and came back now it starts to crash every time I either go through a door or to save a game at a particular time during a quest. I have not changed any of my mods but in fact deleted some mods that were disabled to see if that was the problem but it still crashes. Was there some sort of update that I may have missed that may be causing the problem??

 

I went through the mods today and reloaded SKSE, Address Library for SKSE,  added the engine fixes mods and check to see if the mods I have had been updated (none that I could see have been). I also reloaded from a level 35 saved gameedown to a level 32 saved game and it seemed to work. I logged off to watch some football and just logged in to play a little more and now it's doing it again (I'm at level 36 now). At first I thought it was the quest I was on but that seems not to be the case. It seems to be when I level up past 32 the game just quits on me I(I noticed that in past games). Any ideas on why this is happening would be very helpful because I am getting sick and tired of restarting the game at level 1 by deleting every mod and reloading them (which I have done 4 times now).
