Well, have you looked at what the pop up is telling you? Are there enough adult no busy or leaving the area sims around for sex? Do you have animations installed for that object? Do you have the same problem if you tried to have sex in a different object or lot, do you have the same problem if you try a different kind of animation? Is wicked whims properly installed (both package and script file present, no more that 1 folder deep in your mods folder, no other older versions of wicked whims installed)?

If you have checked all that and everything seems to be ok then upload your wickedwhimsinfolog.log file (located in your sims 4 folder) and we can take a look at it.
