How to find what is causing save file corruption

I made it through, I left out all the mods concerning O Stim, O Sex, and the corresponding add-ons. I think one of those were the culprit as I started the game, built my PC, went through the MCM settings, and usually when I was done with the settings, I would see the corrupted save file, not this time.

I am going to download Sex Lab now, I been putting it off as it was going to be a lot of work, seeing as I am there.............
