Game keeps hanging ever since I installed Sexlab

I am building out my modlist, SL is the last thing I need to add. I've got Ostim working already, but my understanding was that SL is better for combat sex mods. I'm using Bane Masters Defeat mainly for the link to the Follower Slavery Mod.

I play test after every three or four mods to make sure thing are fine and I'm not getting CTDs. The list has been pretty stable, right up until I assed Sexlab. Currently running 1.6.353, so using SL 1.64 (which I believe is the right version). Running Nemesis, no issues reported. Dont need FNIS, I'm not planning on using any creatue animations

 

Every time I create a new game, I rarely get past ten minutes, I leave my PC alone for 5-6 minutes just for all the start up scripts to go, and for my MCM recorder profile to run. But usually, right after I enable Sexlab, or if not that, right after I enable SL Defeat, the game hangs.
