Getting weird issues with vanishing NPCs.

I'm using Magno Cum Gaudio to enslave enemies. My first slave is Simone. My second slave is a unique raider named Whiplash. And my third slave is a generic raider. For some reason, when I return from a long journey to my slaves, my 2nd slave is invisible. I can interact with her, and I can talk with her, but she doesn't physically appear. I used the recycleactor and resurrect commands to see if that did anything. She reappeared, but she lost her original appearance and instead took on the appearance of my third slave. I think this may have to do with the fact that they share the same base ID, but this should not be happening. I reloaded a previous save only to find that she disappeared in those previous saves as well. I reloaded the save where I first enslaved her to find that she appeared as normal. I then loaded the saves that came after that first save to find that her appearance was restored in saves where she was previously invisible. I continued this until I reached my current save file, in which her appearance is back to normal.

 

So I seem to have found a temporary solution to this, but I don't want to have to reload an old save every time a slave vanishes. Does anyone know the root cause of this? What can I do to stop this?

 

I only noticed that this happened after I used the scrap anywhere mod to clean up Medford Hospital of junk. I cant think of a reason why these two mods would affect each other, but there may be a connection. Here's my load order.
