Reworking load order and have a question about skin textures?

I am reworking my load order for a new playthrough and have a question about skin textures. Some of the female npc's (mostly raiders associated with Outcasts & Remnants) have some black splotches on their skin.  I did notice that when I went through I still had fsm body textures redux as well as 8k Skin textures activated. (I somehow missed this previously.) Could this be the reason or has anyone else had this happen. Only the occasional raider has these "splotches". Thanks for any help.
