looking for a way to enable mutual futa pregnancy through fertility mode v3/immersive effects/adventures, needs to be compatible with ostim

has anyone managed to get this working with latest version ofd fertility mode? with immersive effects and fm adventures on top? essentially so that female players and npcs can get pregnant, but also get other females (including player) pregnant as well if they have a penis through SoS? at the moment the way FM is set up you can only be recognised as male or female, you can overide the setting for the player for example if you are a female you can change the settings so you are recognised as male whether or not you have a dick and this will prevent you from getting pregnant but allow you to inseminate others, essentialy how it would need to work is fm would need to detect that you have a dick, are female and give you the option to be impregnated but also impregnate, this would also need to extend to npcs, i dont know anything about papyrus, but id be very greatful if someone has solved this, id even be willing to commision the work
