You have a ton of errors in that last exception, and the vast majority of them are because outdated mods or version of mods that do not work well with each other. The City Invites go to the opera is outdated. You need to update also Basemental alcohol, aep and Nisa. Wicked whims 174b should work fine but you have the 174c available so you could very well update it too.
