Bug, adult bodies on children age 1 up to adulthood?

Hey folks, anyone encounter this bug before?, all kids in my game have a adult body.

 

I have a huge amount of mods and have tried figuring out which is to blame, but so far haven`t been able to find it and i`m hoping maybe someone will read this and go "AH!, i had that bug before and this is the fix!" 

 

Age 14 and up you don`t really notice it:

 

 

But every kid from birth till about age 10 its really annoying.

Absolute units. The problem is when you have a mod that overhauls the characters genetics (like the extended asia mod or elder kings 2), and it's incompatible with Physical Attributes. Unfortunately as far as I know, Physical Attributes and/or CBO are only compatible with the vanilla game. I might be wrong though.
