forced dialogue bugged

[Moschruum]

recently i've had a bug where many instances where an npc initiates dialogue with you have stopped working properly, the instances i've found are: brynjolf will follow me around the riften center, when he get's close enough for dialogue, he says nothing, and no relevant responses are availiable, when trying to join the companions, after farkas says "and their arm", kodlak will initiate dialogue with a standard voiceline, and only his usual dialogue options are displayed.
