[08/16/2013 - 05:35:02PM] Papyrus log opened (PC)[08/16/2013 - 05:35:02PM] Update budget: 1.200000ms (Extra tasklet budget: 1.200000ms, Load screen budget: 500.000000ms)[08/16/2013 - 05:35:02PM] Memory page: 128 (min) 512 (max) 76800 (max total) Can someone help me?

That could be it, you might try cleaning your master files with TESV Edit, My game was crashing alot when I tried loading, cleaning them really helped. A really nice tutorial on youtube by Gopher shows you how, very simple.
