Animations Not Triggering

Hi everyone, I'm at my wit's end. This is my first time modding with sexlabs and I have been going through all the guides. I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong. I'm using Mod Organizer, I have Sex Labs and its dependencies downloaded. FNIS was also installed. I have animation packs and mods that trigger animations. MO doesn't flag any issues and I have no problem running Skyrim. However, when I talk to NPCs and try to trigger a scene, my character and the NPC stand in the same spot and audio starts, nothing else. I tried testing Animal Mansion and the dialogue appears with the first animal but again, nothing happens, not even audio. I can't figure where I'm going wrong.

 

Note: I don't know how to share my load order or I would ?

I assume you've registered animations with SLAL and made sure you actually have animations for the actor combinations you're trying. Papyrus log could be useful here. Also FNIS log potentially.

Yup! I saw other people having similar issues and were missing those. Where can I find the logs?

In your user profile: Documents\My Games\Skyrim Special Edition\Logs\Script

Where Papyrus.0.log is the most recent, the others older.

 

Papyrus logging however is not enabled by default as far as I know, so you'll have to edit your skyrim.ini first:

Thank you, I'm going to try running it now with the logs turned on. Another note, I played a little further the other day and found that all horses were invisible. I'm not sure if it's related?

So... I made things worse. I also removed some mods that I thought weren't necessary and now everyone is t posing. And I can't find the log anymore. I'm going to just start from scratch and try again.

Nevermind, issues still the same. I found where the order list lives and I'm sharing it below. Is there a mod I'm missing or am I using the wrong version? I'm playing SE.
