Is my load order wonky?

I just can't seem to get some of the studder/lag worked out, and thought maybe I've got a few things misplaced.

 

Oh, as an extra note, I turn off all Lovers mods when making the Bash Patch and on OBMM I always update the ArchInval.

And I have the following OMODS, but I dunno if those make things crazy or force them to work.

if you want to post a load order just do this, click on OBMM (Oblivion mod manager)

 

Click on import/export then copy paste everything in that list a quote tag like this sample.. and your done..

Are you using stutterremover ?? this tool actually make your oblivion play more smoothly

And where do you get most stutter ?? if it is cities, then the crowded cities could be the culprit, this mod is known to make even the fastest pc to crumble..

Yeah I use Stutter Remover and it has helped.  I lag the most around things like guards with torches or in heavy fogged caves; especially if a mage cast a ton of spells, my fps can go as low as 4...

sounds more like a problem with you pc and videocard not able to keep up with glow effect.. So not really problem with lovers..

 

what is this for mod [GFX]_Initial_Glow-all.esp ?? Maybe try turning that of and see if it helps..

 

Also you may want to go to your oblivion options screen and see if you shadow or some other options on, and try turning those off, and see if that speeds up your game.

InitialGlow makes spells and enchanted things only glow for a very short time, so it actually has helped some.  I've tweaked my INI alot with guides and such to get it as well off as it is, but I'll take out some unneeded mods, like the cities one and see.  Thanks.
