Gender-specific leveled lists using xEdit

I have added some clothes to a leveled list (specifically 'L_Armor_Raider_Underwear') using xEdit. The edit works and indeed these clothes appear on some raiders, as expected.

 

The only issue is that these clothes appear on both genders but I want only female raiders to wear them.

 

Is there a way to do this using xEdit? E.g., by using a specific flag or specific list.
