"Eyes wide open" buff not working correctly?

That's the name of the buff i couldn't remember the other day: "Eyes wide open", one that's missing since 170k. I don't know if this is a tech issue or not.

 

Since the update to 174a and then b, i haven't seen this buff activating at all and i'm starting to wonder if there is something wrong there. In the previous version the eyes wide open buff was added and activates when one sims sees another sim as attractive and enjoys the sight of such a sim, now this buff is actually important for my gameplay in the past because it allowed the mod to recognise when two sims were in need and autonomously ask my sim for sex. It also worked the other way when a sim friend came around and the two of them got naked while they talked, both of them built up sexual desires for each other (which also helped with hugging), so this made it easier to convince the friend to have sex, married or not.

 

i haven't seen this buff working at all in 174a or b, so i was wondering if these new attractiveness settings are keeping it from working or if the buff was pulled altogether from the mod? Whatever the case might be, i can't advance non-romantic sexual encounters because there is no sexual desire between those naked sims unless i commit to creating a romantic relationship in order to get those sexual desires going. some of my player type sims is just flat out impossible to have them if they can't go out and enjoy themselves in any attractive port in the storm.

 

if this buff does exist, what is preventing it from working? i've gone through the various settings and i can't find anything about it and established sexual preferences haven't changed anything either.

Hey I dont know if you found a solution but I have this problem too I think? like it's not appearing at all and idk if they removed it because there's no mention of htat on the updates, or maybe i screwed up the settings or have a mod (highly doubt it) that overrides it, did you find a solution??
