Help with black textures

The textures ingame won't appear completely black but rather have those weird colors in them (both in black fur for werwolves and black armor).
Anyone else experiencing this and/or know what could cause this?

Is the 2nd screenshot from the game as well? Seemed like you were trying to say first picture is wrong compared to the 2nd. My point is, I see those same colors on the 2nd picture as well. Jpg artifacts? Could be, quite a coincidence though if so.

 

 

As for what's wrong? Don't know, but assuming the diffuse texture doesn't have them I'd start by removing all but the diffuse texture from the nif. If the problem doesn't go away, the issue may be in:

1. One of the nif properties, specularity, gloss, vertex colors etc.
2. An issue in the dds decoder.
