freeze on start up

i had to start a new mod list. i went some where wrong. can you guys help me figure out what? plz.

i have no crash reports. let me know if you need any other files to check

Unless you're familiar with debuggers, I'd say your only option is to start disabling mods. Start with those containing dll files. Also, if you're trying to start with the vanilla startup sequence (ride into helgen) you may get around this by getting Alternate Start. That intro sequence is notoriously touchy to even the most unlikely things.

got the start up fixed but now when loading new game i get ctd

While it seems voice files may be at fault here, MuJointFix apparently has a bug in it that causes ctds, disable that first. If the problem persists post another log and I'll look into the other things.
