How to prevent thigh physics on male player character?

My dragonborn's thighs keep moving erratically because of the physics and i'd rather just freeze the thigh movement all together
im using SAM body if that changes anything

depends on what your using,cbpc or SMP. you will have to edit the xml of either one manually. there will be a line that says damper, naturally the higher it is the more stiff you can make a body part react.
