Adding a Custom Building to Total Warhammer 3

Any kindhearted total warhammer 3 modder out there willing to take a look at my .pack file and tell me why it's crashing?
It's supposed to add a custom 3 tier brothel building to the Chevaliers de Lyonesse faction, but the game crashes on launch and I can't tell where it's gone wrong.
