Turbodriver script not showing up in game (package found in mods)

so i tried to install the update multiple times now - deleted old files and left the folder how it unzipped (mods one folder deep)

i keep getting the fatal error that TURBODRIVER_WickedWhims_Scripts.ts4script is missing - but its not. the game just doesnt find it. when i look at the mods within the game the other needed file is in there

how can i fix this

are you fully updated and do you have one drive that keeps reloading your old files

did you try clearing cache

neither clearing the cache nor repairing the game via origin worked. idk if i need to factory reset it as everything else in the wicked whims folder was found
