To my understanding, I got BodyTalk for males with Zex Extended Skeleton. Females got 3BBB + CBE with DFS and skeletal adjustment for them (giving them jiggles,etc). Furthermore, for males, I put BT3-Thin which, in preview, shows them flaccid if that means something.
