Looking for a mod to remove female child top

This sounds like a wild request, especially considering that this is a nsfw post. However, my save is based off of African cultures where women do not wear tops. Obviously, toddlers don't have to wear tops either. So child female sims wearing tops by default disrupts the immersion of the world I am creating.

 

Personally, I do not distinguish between that much between male children and female children beyond the clothes they wear. And frankly, I dont pay them any attention. It is however noticeable when everyone else in the world is dressed one way but this one child is wearing a modern top.

 

Of course in the real world it makes sense because at the age they are in the sims real girls are developing, but in the game I assume they are the same as boys and toddlers.
