Face TMC transfer to another character not working properly

I'm new to modding and have been recently trying to transfer over costumes from one character to another. But for many of the transfers I can't seem to make the face work. They show up on LR Photo Studio properly but when they are loaded into the game it's completely broken. In this example I'm trying to transfer a costume for Naotora to Rachel.

 

I used both Timmy's Transformer Tool and ABC Transformer tool but I'm not sure what the issue is. For this example, when I load the face TMC to ABC Transformer tool this is the error I get:

 

I'm able to make the transfer using Timmy's Transformer Tool and looks fine on LR Photo Studio but loads completely broken in game.

 

Does anybody know why I keep getting these errors? Any way I can fix it?

tool only work body, not face

I see, I had a feeling that's what it was. So what's the process to transfer the face?

i can't remember clearly but tool call bone tool ?

Blender imported face (hair) Bone modify the bump position , Use TMC Bone Tool to replace Bone
