I thought it was an ENB that caused this but. I'd fully removed it, still happened, and then fully replaced it with another ENB (rudy)

I'm sure it's a ENB issue, as I never had this issue and I'm new to ENB. I have disabled AA and AFiltering on the Games EXE and ENBlocal.ini

Culprit: Mod Organizer

 

 

Solution: Going into Mod Organizers ini files and turning sampling and An-whatever to 0. Completely fixed this
