Ambushes from enemies in real time and or stalking enemies

So here is what I wanted: enemies being able to sneak up on me, or ambush, stalking outside of something like fast travel ambushes. Anything that helps to achieve something even remotely similar would be welcome. So far I went for disabling combat music, disabling enemy idicators on compass, got Smart NPC Potions so some enemies have stealth potions, Detection Extended - Hot and Sweaty to make sneaking harder in general and I like that its affected by bathing in skyrim. Any other mods that help with this kind of idea?
