Blacked or QOS underwear/armor and jewerly (optional) for CBBE fallout 4

Hi does anyone have these mods or knows if they exist? I know there was one mod that added blacked underwear for skyrim and since Im playing with captive tattoos I think it would be a nice addition to the game

Fairly easy to make yourself. Take the tattoos/markings/whatever from that mod then copy and paste it onto the clothing you want it on. (Of course always make backups in case they get scuffed up.)

would need photshop right? and I dont have it or know to do such things

Nope, can do it with GIMP which is a free program.
