Do you have the random sex frequency modifier setting too high? You can also increase the trigger attempts count so ww will try "harder" to make autonomy happen. You can also lower the "sims risky factor" so sims will be less afraid of having sex or solo autonomy in rooms with many sims. You can also uncheck the "risk roll switch".

Again, i have it quite low, you need to change it for this to work. And like i said, i have no issues at all for sims to go crazy with the solo autonomy. If it does not work after you adjust the settings i really do not know what your issue might be, i would think you are missing something in the settings, if you do not have any other mod or cc or something that is screwing everything. 

 

is there a limit to how many 'solo watch sex' can be activated at once? im hitting 2 max it seems, the 3rd will just watch and not do anything. all 3 have the cuck trait.

I had the same thing happen once—thought a feature was broken, but it turned out there was a hidden toggle I’d missed. Kinda annoying, but after poking around a bit it worked again. Funny thing, I also stumbled across some random content like sex hentai while trying to figure it out, and it actually helped me see what the setting should look like.
