Out of the few things in that log, the navmesh is the most likely to cause a crash I'd say:

SkyrimSewers.esp, formid 0x000A4496

This may be a reference to the same navmesh but may also be worth looking into:

0xFF001643

Edit: If this is not it, try to generate another crash log somewhere else. In another city, in the wilderness, ...

Ok... if it turns out to be the navmesh, is there anyithing I can do to correct it?  I've heard of Cathedral Assets Optimizer... is that of use here?  Or would I just need to delete the sewers mod entirely?

Edit:  I looked for FF001643 in xEdit and it isn't there.  Not sure what the means or if I'm even doing the right thing.

Had a quick look at Skyrim Sewers 415-9320-4-15-1549828167. I'd personally just delete its edits to 0x000A4496, and if that doesn't fix it delete the mod. The only other option besides this would be to learn why navmeshes crash, and how to fix it.
