Turning armor into clothing.

We all know theres alot of nice armor mods out there but my problem is that i play a mage so wearing armor messes with my Alteration perk which increases the amount of armor i get from oakflesh / stoneflesh. I've fiddled around with the creation kit and turned armor into clothing but the problem is the game still reads them as armor instead of clothing.

 

Basicaly what i want to know is how to get the game to register them as clothing because going into the creation kit and changing light/heavy to none and removing the armor rating doesnt work for some reason.

I downloaded the Ladybat armor from here and changed the armor (dno why an outfit like this is armor anyway lol) into clothing by removing the armor rating and changing the light to none.

Problem is ingame i use stoneflesh and have about 360 armor naked but only 136 when i equip any bit of clothing from the mod.

Try removing any armor keywords if they are there, and add the "ArmorClothing" keyword to it.
