CTD on loading a fresh save

Hello all, I recently was about 30 levels into a character when all the sudden I just couldn't load any of my saves anymore and I would just CTD every time. I didn't install any new mods or remove anything either so I decided it was time to completely rebuild/update my mods on a new game since I needed to anyway. 

 

I now started a game using ADXP MCO and as of now a much lighter load order, but my saves are still causing CTD roughly 30 minutes into the playthrough and I cannot figure it out for the life of me. I've been using a crash logger but to be honest I have absolutely no idea what any of it means so if anyone can share some insight please do, thanks.
