Skin texture is wrong

It looks to me like a lack of Archive Invalidation, but I've manually done that. I'm working with a fresh install of Fallout 4. Is there something I did wrong while Invalidating Archives, or is it something else?

I do have Valkyr textures https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/3841 installed, if that could be the cause.

The body used and the textures applied don't match.

If it's a CBBE body, just reinstall the CBBE textures.
