constant error messages

for the last week I've been trying to find a out of date mod / cc - but haven't had any luck.

started by pulling mods / animation more than 2 years old. then tried 50/50 removal. and just when i think I've found it last exception pops up along with a UI exception.

here's the error from MCCC as follows: 

Last Module Called: buff_component.py
Last Function Called: _update_current_mood
Error message: Exception when applying action <BuffOp ParticipantType.Actor> for loot <class 'sims4.tuning.instances.emotion_Start_Fine'> (IndexError: tuple index out of range), CategoryID: buff_component:1349

 

i've also include the last exception - last exception assistant just records it as an unknown error nothing specific. so if anyone can point out what the problem is, that would be great.
