NPCs aggressive after sex

[Nyyves]

Not really sure what's going on, but in my most recent save, every NPC becomes aggressive after sex. I've gone through all my settings and can't find any reason for it.

I think it must be one of my settings as it's not happening on other characters, but I can't figure out what settings could be different.
