record video inside the game and be able to watch the video inside the game on TV, cell phone, computer, tablet... basically record a video using a PHYSICAL camera inside the game and be able to watch what you recorded as if it were a video recorded by cell phone on a table, sorry for my English but I think I understood xD.

If you're asking that it's possible to do all this purely through (modded) in-game interactions, then no, I don't think it's possible.

never say no xD, I'm hoping for a crazy person who loves the sims to make a mod like this

I mean, strictly technically speaking it is possible, but it would require users to install several third party tools on their computer alongside the mod, as it would need to on-the-fly encode in-game recorded videos to a different format that can be used for TVs and computers, then re-inject the asset into the game and also generate all the xmls needed for it to be recognized by the game... and at the end you wouldn't be able to do anything more with them then just watch them on an in-game screen, instead of straight watching normally in an external video player.

IMHO it's too much work, for a fairly small gameplay gain, and it would also bloat save files to very large very quickly (doing some quikmaffs here, even at a shitty 320x200 res, 1minute of video @ 10fps would take up about 4MB, anything at a remotely watchable quality would be probably at least 10MB/min)... easiest would be if EA would just make this feature themselves as they would be able to get around most of the technical problems... maybe your best bet would be to ask them to make it. ;)

edit: to think of it, the videos could probably be stored outside of the save file, so that's one problem less... still, the rest stands.

exactly !!! wow you said everything i had in mind but a little more technical and logical, you're right only sim creators could do something like this more easily, not that a modder wouldn't do it but i think it would be more difficult, well but who knows what awaits us in the sims 5 !!!

about the size of the video, modders could compress the video files to turn 10MB into 200KB for example, I would like to make various types of videos like an action movie or some short film, or even record a vlog and post it on youtube of the sims 4, I would do a lot with a mod like that! in my opinion I think this is very possible, I trust the modders and I believe that one day someone will make a mod like this.

ah-ha! you see, this is one of the technical problems... the video and audio codecs used by the sims4 engine to display in-game videos are very VERY ancient (the vp6 codec dates all the way back to 2003), and inefficient, there isn't any wiggle room for some magical extra compression there, it is what it is. the video codec is also notoriously unpredictable when it comes to encoding, half of the time producing output that simply crashes the whole game. It's a real mess.

i still think - with all the features you'd like it to have - this is outside of a reasonable scope of what can be modded, but even if, LoversLab is not the right place to ask for this, as there's maybe a handful of serious modders whom i suspect could maybe pull this off, and most of them aren't NSFW modders. I'd open a topic about this on the official forums and/or reddit, those have better exposure, and who knows, if it gets good engagement maybe even EA will consider making it into a "Vlog" Expansion Pack.

Technically,as the game was intended for multiplayer, you could imagine create client app for recording video with the point of view of object or NPC. But the post before mine point out the main difficulty if you want use them in game "on the fly" : outdated video and audio encoding.
