Penis Size Manipulation not working

I tried to see what kind of stuff you can do with penis size manipulation but it doesn't seem to work for me. I enabled it in options, I can see and click on all available options, but there are no results. Penis size always stays the same. Has anyone had similar problems?

Late reply. Sorry.
This needs to be given a parameter that can change the size of the corresponding penis, so no matter how much you try to change the size of the penis, data without it cannot be changed. Especially for data prior to the big update last June it does not exist. Some creators have not included that parameter in the current data either.
