In the mod mentioned in the post title, a mesmeric Child of Atom does a Liga number on the player, ending up in charge. So my thought is this: What if you had that power and didn't even know it?

 

Look, you have VATS before you get your Pip if you didn't mod into a non-111 start. So how do you have it? My thought is sleep teaching during the pod-induced hibernation. And 111 is clearly a Stanislaus Braun Special. So what if the monitoring computers added a little content to be sleep-learned by the icicles?

 

For the mechanics of an MC MC, I see it as gaining influence piecemeal, every positive response not only raising affection but also influence... negatives lessen and disappear over time and more... controlling options crop up as influence grows. The adult version of this would call for AAF for fairly obvious reasons...
