ENB not working at all

I usually didn't have problems with it but now I have. 

Even vanilla ENB from enb site doesnt work. I really want shadows and DOF, to be fair. 

 

Console shows up but even if I change something in the console it doesnt change anything. 

Only different between "use effect" is that - when ENB is off I can see shadows. With ENB on shadows disappear. 

 

I haven't changed anything. I removed All Natural (too dark nights) but problem is there still.
