Keep sims from leaving lot to have sex

I'm having an issue where sims on my lots will leave to go have sex in locations far away from the main lot. I have different clubs/venues built for sims to have sex, but then autonomy will send them off to places like park benches, different park lots offsite/etc. 

 

I have the "stay within lot boundaries" setting (or whatever it is actually called) set, but sims still leave. Is there a way to prevent this?

You can use the "Display sex autonomy room info" to see why they choose to have sex in certain rooms or objects, and the "Sex autonomy probability" to tune it up or down.
