Gameplay mod?

I recall playing Sim's 4 like 2 years ago and being totaly bafled by how everything was easy and pointless.
All the sims liking me, there was also no penality or bad side to insist on someone until he befriend you, money was raining.
Flirting with a girl and having sex was so easy that it wasn't even fun, you could get laid with anybody after 10min of chatting even tho the girl was supposed to have high standard etc.

I mean in the old Sims game it was interesting to become someone in that tiny world, climbing the social ladder, accessing to new ppl and stuff etc.

 

But Sim's 4 felt like a huge kid themepark with no pacing or small side story, so does the game has a mod or improved on that?

I mean, mccc has relationship modifiers that you could use to tweak progression, but that's it.

I don't know if it's exactly what you search, this mod adds news interactions and the romance skill, the relationship takes more time to develop and you can choose the difficulty when you download. (I'm French so I hope my explain is clear)
