Character scaling or morphs

Whatever you want to call it. I'm missing something here. My character's armor will scale but when I remove it the body defaults back to its normal size. I using Deadly Drain and I have it set to increase character's weight when using drain. Also using Soulgem Oven. Was using the breast morphs until I realized the armor was all that was changing. Belly seems to work fine in and out of armor.

I'm using BHUNP (UUNP Next Generation) LE for the body. Batch built with morphs selected in BodySlide. Is this a NiOverride thing? I feel like I'm overlooking something simple. Maybe. 

 

Edit: Fooling around, opened Enhanced Character Edit in game with showracemenu command. If I move the breast slider with armor on it has an affect, Remove armor and slider does nothing.

Edit: After fooling around I have Deadly Drain weight scale working. I've noticed in showracemenu (ECE) the butt slider among others works as it should but the breast slider doesn't move. 

In BodySlide I chose BHUNP 3BBB Advanced PE Havok Path and I have HDT-PE selected. If I disable Havok Object it doesn't change anything with the ECE slider. So the Breast is the one thing that doesn't morph correctly. They will grow when the weight scales but if I enable morphing in SoulGem Oven or add breast morphing in Deadly Drain's PhysicalDrain.json file it will only affect the armor and not the nude body. 

I'm running out of ideas.

Found my issue. Ran bodyslide with TBBP instead of 3BBB and the breast morphs work as they're supposed to. I think. I haven't checked every scenario.

I'm not sure how that effects Havok or HDT-PE using TBBP instead of 3BBB. Maybe someone here could tell me?

While you're at it will someone glance over my load order for any red flags? I don't know how trustworthy LOOT is nowadays.

 

Edit: Damnit. I thought I fixed it but now the body (breast) morphs but the armor doesn't. Before it was the other way around. Wtf?

Edit: Its only the Lustmord Armor that doesn't morph properly. I'm using Lustmord Vampire Armor UUNP-CBBE-BHUNP-HPMS-HIMBO LE

You would think with all that crap in the title I wouldn't have any issues. Is it not friendly with TBBP? The belly morph works fine.
