Glasses keep being removed during animations

Title kinda says it all, anyone know how to prevent this? Setting it to "never strip" doesn't seem to effect it. I'd post my load order, but it's massive. If it matters, the glasses are from this mod:

Not sure, how would I set something as naked armor? Is that different from setting it to never remove?

Have you un-checked the slot correlating to the glasses first?

Yeah, they use slot 55 and I made sure they're un-checked.

For reasons beyond my control, I can't get into my save at the moment to find the option I mentioned, but somewhere is an option that let's you choose what counts as "naked" armor. The screenshot I posted is from a quick load with minimal mods and no physics ?

I've tried disabling stripping the slot in various mods and SSE edit won't let me add the no strip keyword to the glasses, so I'm at a loss. Is there a setting or command to just make an item irremovable altogether?

How are you adding the SexLabNoStrip keyword to the armor? Are you just opening the glasses mod, and adding "SexLabNoStrip" to the glasses and saving?

 

If you are, try this:

 

1) Open xEdit, load nothing except for SexLab.esm and your glasses mod. 

 

2) Once it's loaded, expand SexLab.esm, scroll down to where it says "Keywords", open it and locate "SexLabNoStrip"

 

3 )Now right click "SexLabNoStrip" and click "Copy as override into" and tick your glasses esp, and then "OK"

 

4) If it says it needs to be added as masters, click yes. Now you should have SexLab.esm and your glasses mod side by side in the right panel.

 

5) Now go into your glasses mod, expand it and click on "Armor", find your glasses, click on it, scroll down in the right pane to where it says "KWDA - Keywords". Right click the blank slot to the right of it, and click "Add". If "NULL - Null Reference [00000000]" shows up, just delete it and start typing in "SexLabNoStrip" and it should autofill. This is the ID anyway - "SexLabNoStrip [KYWD:0102F16E]"

 

I'm not sure if you need to change the "KSIZ - Keyword Count", as I've heard it does it automatically for you, but if you want, just amend it yourself. Once that's done, click save and try it.

 

If that doesn't work, check all your mods one more time. Depending on how the scene/sex was triggered, mods can have their own stripping settings. Hope this helps!

Sadly didn't work, it was still stripped, but I've pinpointed it down to something is just universally stripping anything in slot 55 when scenes start. If I can switch slots on the item it might be an easy fix, just gotta look into how to do so. I realized that when I tried a different mod that added glasses (though not as good) and they weren't stripped, they used slot 41.

Ah that's unfortunate, also very strange. I do know how to change slot numbers though. Here's a guide I used myself when I wanted to change slot numbers myself

Funny enough I just finished using that guide and was about to post it here myself, it worked like a charm. Thanks for help, thanks Canaduh too. Seems like a small thing to spend so much time troubleshooting, but those glasses are apart of my current characters whole look dammit lol

My next option was telling you I always take my glasses off for sex, so don't let it ruin your immersion ?
