Casting while facing your character

I have noticed that some screenshots are taken of your character casting and camera is looking at them. For example, images from this mod (not related) http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/38293/?tab=3&navtag=%2Fajax%2Fmodimages%2F%3Fid%3D38293%26user%3D1&pUp=1 How is this done? I tried console command "tfc" but that merely gives me free floating camera and my left / right mouse buttons are ascend and descent controls instead.

I believe that is by pressing and holding the key "F" you can move the camera with the mouse.

I think 'animcam' can also work.

Yes > animCam < will do this for you. But In Mid Cast Use > TFC 1 < to freeze animation and move camera facing character to get the image you'd like.
