Constant crashes when outside of a cell

Hi! I'm having constant crashes when outside of cells. Like going into the commonwealth I can take 5 steps then it crashes. So to move around now I need to use the "coc" command.

This is my load order.

Your Fallout 4 patch is way too far back in your load order.

Please read the instructions on the relevant mod page again and correct it.

A notice:
If you can't do this on your own and without help - then I advise you not to use any mods for Fallout...
..because you don't even master the most elementary of the elementary
(read the descriptions attached to the mods!)
sorry - but I have to say it so openly

I usually do mod skyrim, Fallout, Gta 5 and dark souls trilogy. But I Usually read mod descriptions but I have actually never read the UNOPF4. I am not new to modding but I am Indeed new to the adult mods. I'll try moving the patch higher up in the load order. And I haven't modded FO4 for about 3 to 4 years. Thank you anyways.

Trotzdem Danke.

Honestly, when I got the answer, all I thought was:
Someone uses mods - but doesn't really have a plan why there is, for example, the "unofficial" patch for Fallout 4.

*sighs*

If I use a game from "Bugdesta" then I know that I am holding an extremely faulty piece of software in my hands and when using the mod I must first ensure that the errors of the "Vanilla" game are minimized.
Ergo, the second step after installing the base game and its DLC is installing the current patch.
Why is it called "unofficial"?
Because this shit dump leaves it up to the players/fans/mod authors to make their bloodiest buggy game work!

(sorry - I have to take a deep breath)

Axo - why did I write "second step"?

Because the first one is to install the CURRENT "skse" (script extender) - without which the game with additional mods actually WILL NOT run!

If you have done these two first steps -> test whether the game is running...
..this includes leaving the vault!

If the game is still running, you have laid the foundation for installing other mods.

If the game itself doesn't run - then you have a very serious problem.
What can sometimes be solved by choosing the "final atomic solution".

no - don't throw the PC out of the window
Then what
uninstall the game and all mods first
and
then to delete the entire directory in which your game installation is located - i.e. to really remove it from your hard drive

Only then do you start reinstalling...
..first running test after installing base game without DLC
(yes - the vault MUST be exited)
.. then install DLC and test again
(this means creating a new character again and playing the beginning until you exit the vault)
..now install "skse" and "unofficial patch".
From now on the game will no longer be started via the "steam" shortcut or something similar, but via "skse" (the script extender)
So create a new character and play again until you get out of the bunker.

if it works then you have created the basis to install other mods
*Point*

and I still don't know what program they use to manage their mods...
..e.g. I use Vortex - another MO2
in the end it doesn't matter - but you can't do without it
--
even if they may have proceeded in this way up to now - they have NOT made this known to others through their previous textual contributions

their loading list literally looks to me like "cabbage."

I had to completely redo my own Fallout 4 a few weeks ago because of the switch from "cbbe" body to "fusion girl".
it took me more than 1 week and my first steps are the ones I mentioned above

Unfortunately, this isn't the first time I've done this - and I've often had to walk this hard path to the "final atomic solution" - but it's just part of everyday life
and
it's no different with Skyrim either!

Had to do this with Skyrim awhile ago honestly it's so annoying but you learn alot from it. Every mistake is a kinda win in my mind cuz I learn something. I'll try reinstalling the game. It could be that vortex left some scripts in the files and some of those scripts search for a master causing the game to crash. One thing I learned from your comment was to even leave the vault before installing S4SE.

I think that reinstalling the game on a 100% clean file directory may fix it. I'll update this post if it fixes it so another person with the same issue may get helped. Though the chance of someone having the same load order is quite slim

If you use Vortex...

..it actually shows you missing "masters"!

Vortex is usually "smart" enough to recognize the interdependence of mods and suggests which mod should be loaded before the other.

Since most modifications on nexus or Loverslab are free - you should consider that authors give up their mods after a few years and therefore they are no longer updated.
So it can happen that the main mod (e.g. for a quest chain) is still maintained by the author and constantly gets updates - the translation (e.g. into "German") is no longer maintained (this has a different author).
It can happen that Vortex suggests putting the "translation" before the "original mod" - which of course is nonsense - only Vortex doesn't know why the "internal" version numbers are different and from his point of view proceeds strictly formally.
If you accept Vortex's suggestion here - the "original mod" that follows in the loading sequence naturally overwrites the "translation"

If you select "Mods" in the left overview, a button "Deploy Mods" appears in the main bar at the top

this checks your installation for conflicts such as missing masters

In the overview on the left there is also the "plugins" button - you can use it to search for mod conflicts.
but also adjust or change the loading order

if important masters are missing, fallout doesn't actually start

if you enter a "free field" cell and immediately get a CTD - this often indicates a faulty mod that edits lighting, weather or the landscape...
..but it can also be something else

I know how Vortex works but I am still not 100% sure when it comes to showing if masters are missing. In my early days of modding skyrim with Vortex I download a mod Don't remember what it was. Vortex never showed any missing masters missing or dlls not deployed. Thats also a reason I sonetimes manually download sone mods.

Sometimes Vortex may open S4SE even though a Master is missing though it usually only does that when the mod is outdated.

I have no Lightning mods my suspicion though is that Atomic lust or Hardship makes it crash when it needs to add dialoges to raiders and gunners making the game crash

Btw thank you for your help

Did a clean install and it didn't work.

I remember that steam does not delete "my games" directory so I deleted that and verified the files and now the game doesn't crash anymore.
