Might take more than 5 minutes when you realize the UV is not uniform and start doing the counter-distortions by hand. Been there, done that, do not recommend.

Open photoshop, open obj, paint on model, then save, 10-15 min?
it does not take much time, especially such tattoos as in the picture above
