Mod or other method to force specific animation/pose on follower

I have been trying to research this but have not had much success finding a clear answer. I have a number of mods and animation packs installed and ways to trigger scenes to occur in which random animations are selected which is great. However, there are times I would like to create a screenshot or similar with using a specific pose or animation and I have been trying to find a way to do this, for example getting a follower to kneel, cheer, or dance. FNIS Spells can allow selection of some options but they are not well labeled and it doesn't cover all poses/animations from what I can tell. So I am hoping someone might have some suggestions for accomplishing this.

Thanks for the suggestion, I will take a look at this but I forgot to mention I am also using Skyrim VR so hot key usage can be rather limited. Gestures from VRIK may allow me to get around this for this one since it has fairly minimal keys. Assuming it is compatible given the number of requirements it has.
