(Skyrim VR) NPC eye stuck to left/right.

I'm playing on Skyrim VR and used FUS's Wabbajack as the base installation. Added SL framework and all it requirement and have it all working fine except for one thing. NPC eyes is stuck in one position for the whole game until I reload. They will look at where was I saved my character. For example, if I save my game standing to the right of an NPC. When I load up that save, the NPC eye will be lock looking to the right,  even when I move and talk to them from the left side. Did some googling and found out that it might be an issue with 'OSA' bug according to the 'MFG fix' post. I have never installed OSA, I've only been using Sexlab Framework for all my installation. Do you know if there are any mods that gives the same issues? This is my mod list.
