Help disabling autonomous orgies but retaining manually initiated ones.

I am currently trying to set non-played Sims to only autonomously participate up to 4 partners, while still being able to choose up to 10 for my on played Sims.

 

In Sex Settings > Sex Autonomy > Dynamic Autonomy Animation Disabler > Number of Participants  I have reduced the animations to only allow 4 Sims.

 

Additionally, in Autonomy Specifics > Maximum Sex Actors Limit is set to 4.

 

My hope was that the NPCs could only get into sex acts with up to 4 Sims, but it seems that they can surpass that if each one keeps joining one at time. Is there a way to prevent this and still have the orgy animations selectable for my own manual sex activities?
