Little help with some boxes?

So I am currently re modding my Skyrim SE game for the first time in a while. But for some reason I have these boxes on certain NPC's, Items, and Area/Buildings. I know these boxes correspond to missing alphabet characters, My game is set to english though, so I am assuming that a mod is overwriting some of the words in the native language. My Skyrim version is 1.5.97, so my mods are all for that version. 

So I did one more test to check a mod and I found the issue I think. But I still need some help, The mod that seemed to be causing me trouble is my version of Unofficial Skyrim Special Edition Patch. My guess is that the version I downloaded was likely being used by some one with there game set to another language, so when they posted it it kept all of the changed flies in the original languages. Would anybody have a version of Unofficial Skyrim Special Edition Patch for 1.5.97 and have there game set to english so I can test this idea? 

Any help would be great!
 

P.S I know the character is doing a A pose, thats because I forgot to rerun FNIS after messing with some mods.
