Is it possible to identify which mod a piece of clothing or accessory came from?

I kinda downloaded almost all of the male clothing mods which has been great, except I got clothing that fucks up the entire sim and too many superhero skins. I could ignore them, except that randomly generated sims sometimes choose glitchy clothes and i have to change them. Is there a way to identify which mod file a specific article of clothing came from?

Update: I was able to identify most of the things i installed which did not work and remove them, with the exception of these six things. Still trying to figure out what they are, as the thumbnail has no identifying information

the best advice i could give you is see what the (clothing is called ) or mods via alphabetical order until you are able to reduce down to the problem mod

I was able to narrow it down to some SV packages that required DLC I had not purchased

2 options, use Sims Tray Importer to remove broken or not working CCs, or use Sims 4 Studio to batch fix clothings and don't allow random gen to wear CCs (carefull with the 2nd option, if you don't know what you do you'll fucked up everything since there are tons of CCs that don't support Batch Fixes).

1-create a sim with ONLY the broken/unwanted mods and save on the library

2-Download Sim tray importer, open it and you will see on the very first place the broken household you just made. Now you can see the broken mods, obviously there will be some overlays like WW, don't delete those, it is kinda obvious to tell wich are wich, delete only the broken/unwanted things, it is harder  to explain than doing it, it is easy.

huh, sim tray importer is a powerful tool.

 

It also explains WHY the sims I downloaded refused to show up, as they all required dlc even though it wasn't mentioned.
